This means that you will not be invited to apply for residence in New Zealand.

Expressions of Interest remain current for three months from the date they are first submitted. (Unless they were submitted to the Pool on or before 3 June 2004.)

Periodically the highest ranked Expressions of Interest are selected for consideration and those that pass preliminary checking result in Invitations to Apply under the Skilled Migrant Category.   Unfortunately this was not the case for your Expression of Interest.
